Project: Custom Garment Bag

 

Nike Golf came to us to create a custom garment bag for The Majors. I worked with an overseas factory to custom create a bag that could accommodate larger clothing and shoe sizes for the professional athletes. I included a zippered section for their hats and a secret pocket that could hold their outfit style guide (with coordinating daily looks for the athlete to follow). Nike wanted this bag to stand out in a unique way yet look sleek enough to represent the Nike Brand while athletes are traveling. We created four versions to represent the four events in The Majors: The Open, PGA Championship, The Masters, and The US Open. All the bags were white and minimal on the outside and flooded with colorful patterns on the inside. These bags were such a hit that we continued to recreate and update them in the following years.
